Iberia Bar B Que was started by the DeJesus Family in South Florida in 2013. In search of the best Portuguese Authentic BBQ Carlos DeJesus decided to create his own version of the very popular "Churrasqueira" concept very popular in the North East. Carlos added the idea of an open-flame grill with a charcoal fire to complete the unique taste that has come to set apart the Iberia Grill. The grill was imported directly from Portugal and we believe it is the only one in all of Florida. We are a family operated local business that is passionate about the food we serve. Iberia BBQ's signature rub and open-flame (Charcoal) grill bring out the unique flavors in every piece of meat we cook. Starting with Grade A Prime beef, Koch Chicken, and St Louis Ribs we season our meats until the peak of perfection. Then, we apply our signature sauce (Piri-Piri) and allow the flavors to permeate the meat just before we serve our chicken and ribs on our open-flame grill.
